There is no weigh-in for me today, because I’m currently out of town. Prior to being out of town I looked up the hotel and saw there was a fitness center, so you know what I did? I brought workout clothes! I did 30 minutes today and then swam with the kids for a bit. I think I’ll have time to do this every evening.
